Designer branding & store settings
Put your logo, colors and fonts into the designer, choose centimetres or inches, set up the gallery, hide prices, and manage store-wide settings.
You brand the designer under Settings → Designer settings — logo, colors, button style, fonts and units — so it looks like your store, not like a third-party app. Store-wide options, such as hiding prices in the designer, are under Settings → Store.
Brand logo
Upload the logo shown in the designer header on your storefront. PNG, JPG or WebP; it is automatically resized to fit 800 × 200 px.
Use a logo with a transparent background and enough contrast against both light and dark headers. Remove logo clears it.
Designer theme
Pick a preset or define a custom primary color. The theme applies to every designer surface — inline and full-screen.
- Primary color — the main accent, used for buttons and active states.
- Button style — gradient, solid, outline or soft.
- Button radius — from square to fully rounded.
Set the primary color to the same value as your theme’s primary button so the designer feels continuous with your storefront. Reset restores the defaults.
Fonts
Beyond Google Fonts, upload your own fonts so customers can design in your brand typeface.
- Upload the font file and give it a font family and a display name (both required).
- Each font can be enabled or disabled without deleting it.
- Font files have a maximum size; you are told if the file is too large or not a valid font.
Font licensing
Uploading a font makes it available to your customers inside the designer and embeds it in the rendered files. Make sure your licence covers that use — many desktop licences do not.
Measurements
Choose whether sizes are displayed in inches or centimetres. The unit applies everywhere: product configuration screens and the customer-facing designer.
Switching units is safe
Stored values and print files always use inches internally, so switching the display unit never changes your existing configuration.
Design templates options
Control how design templates behave in your store:
| Option | Effect |
|---|---|
| Design templates | Master switch for this store. When off, the template library, product attachment and the in-designer Templates panel are all hidden. |
| Templates panel for customers | Shows the Design templates panel in the storefront designer so shoppers can apply a ready-made design. |
| Customezo template library | Includes platform-provided templates alongside your own in pickers and the panel. |
You can only turn options off: anything disabled platform-wide or by your plan stays off, and you are told which is the case.
Design gallery options
The Design gallery card controls the clipart and backgrounds library. See Design Gallery for how to upload and organize images.
| Option | Effect |
|---|---|
| Design gallery | Master switch for this store. When off, the gallery and the in-designer Gallery panel are hidden. |
| Gallery panel for customers | Shows the Gallery panel in the storefront designer so shoppers can place clipart and backgrounds. |
| Customezo image library | Includes Customezo’s clipart and backgrounds alongside your own. |
| Maximum file size (MB) | Largest file you can upload to the gallery. |
| Maximum files per upload | How many files one upload can contain. |
As with templates, you can only turn options off or lower the limits; the card shows the platform cap.
Store settings
Under Settings → Store:
| Setting | Notes |
|---|---|
| Store Name | How your store is labelled inside Customezo. |
| Designer & email language | Fallback language for the storefront designer, and the language used for e-mails. Your admin language follows your Shopify account settings. |
| Currency | Synced from Shopify and managed there. |
| Product Designer | A store-wide master switch — enable or disable the designer for the whole store. |
| Show prices in the designer | When off, the designer hides the product price, discounts and totals. Extra fees the shopper picks stay visible. Pricing and discounts still apply — shoppers see the total in the cart and at checkout. |
| Shopify Domain | The connected store domain, or Not connected. |
When to hide prices
Hide prices if your storefront already shows the price clearly, if you sell in several markets and prefer Shopify to show converted prices, or if you quote prices separately. See Pricing & fees for how fees and discounts behave.
The Settings home page also shows your plan usage — designs, orders and storage for the current period — and your organization, with quick links to every settings area, including Customer communication (Proof approval & customer e-mails) and Add-to-cart confirmations (Add-to-cart confirmations).
Notifications and support
- Notifications collects in-app messages by category — general, order, design, billing, system, security, product — with unread counts, mark as read and pagination.
- Support has a contact form inside the app. Submitting it gives you a reference number and a confirmation email; the team responds within 24 hours.
