How am I billed?
Through Shopify. Plan fees and usage charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice, billed every 30 days.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Starter Designer, Pro Designer and Unlimited come with a 7-day free trial. The Free plan has no time limit.
What counts as an order?
An order that contains at least one product customized with Customezo. Regular orders without a custom design do not count.
What happens when I reach my plan limit?
Your dashboard shows a usage banner as you get close. Once a limit is exceeded, that action is blocked and the app explains which limit you hit. Upgrading takes effect as soon as you approve the new plan in Shopify.
What are AI credits?
AI background removal, upscaling and vectorizing use one credit each. Paid plans include monthly credits; extra credits start at $0.04 and get cheaper in bulk. Purchased credits never expire.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Uninstalling the app in Shopify cancels the subscription, or you can switch to the Free plan. Download any print files you still need first.
