The Customezo Cart UX app embed adds “Edit design” and “View design preview” to every customized cart line. The designer reopens with the saved design, and “Save & Return to Cart” updates the line.
Let customers edit their design in the cart or after the order
With Customezo a design is never final until you say so. Customers can reopen it from the cart before checkout, or from the design summary e-mail or proof page after the order. You can edit it from the order too. Every time, Customezo regenerates the preview, the print files, the print PDF and the Order Summary PDF, so you always print the latest version.

After the order: edit from the e-mail
Choose the “Summary + edit link” communication mode and customers get a design summary e-mail with an “Edit my design” button that works during the edit window you set. Only the artwork can change; product, size, color and quantity stay as ordered.
During a proof: request changes or edit
With proof approval, customers approve, request changes with a note, or (if you allow “Edit it myself”) fix the design themselves before you send a revised proof.

Open any order and use “Edit design” to fix a detail for the customer, or send them a new edit link with an expiry you choose.
Everything regenerates
After every edit, the files for that order are rebuilt automatically.

Lock it for production
When the order goes to print, lock the design. Edit links stop working and the cart shows a “Design locked” badge.

Can customers change the product, size or quantity after ordering?
No. After the order only the artwork can be changed. Product, size, color and quantity stay as ordered; customers change those in the cart before checkout.
Do I have to re-download the files after an edit?
Download them after the last edit. Customezo regenerates the print files and the Order Summary PDF automatically, so the order page always has the current version.
How long can customers edit after ordering?
As long as the edit window you set in the customer communication settings, and until you lock the design.
